I am a TL. I've been paid as a TL the last 4 months, and I am eligible for leads.

I ordered a TL Fast Start Kit for a recruit yesterday, and when I just checked, the order is on hold.

Does anyone know why this might be? Is there some other way I need to qualify before I can order the kits? Any other TL's out there who have ordered them?
