Anybody Know What Recipe She Wants?

I have a host who asked for a specific recipe but she doesn't know the name & I have never seen what she described before. Maybe you guys can help me out.

The only way she could describe it was that it was bread with vegetables on top. She remembered it had zucchini and that is all she remembered about it. I think she said it was made on a piece of stoneware and I know it was made in the oven because she detests using a microwave.

Does anyone know what she is describing? Another consultant that I'm good friends with said she saw it in a former Season's Best but couldn't remember which one.

The first thing I thought of was the Three Cheese Garden Pizza. I did a quick search and found that the Antipasto Vegetable Pizza (in the SB F/W 2006, S/S 2006 and S/S 2007) also has zucchini. I would think if is were a pizza, she would have said "pizza" with zucchini rather than "bread," but I thought I'd mention these anyway. The only "bread" on a stone I can think of is the Pull-Apart Pizza from a few seasons ago, but it didn't have zucchini.
