So I just signed my 3rd team member (my first is currently inactive, but will be active again by month end). The other 2 signed a) almost 2 weeks ago & b) this morning.

My question is, am I now a FD, or do I have to wait til they qualify? Will I get any information from HO. (I did receive notice from HO when each signed, bu that's it.)

I WILL do Director in 3. I will. I will.
 
Your recruits don't have to be qualified, just active. Your promo won't take effect until the first of next month, though. You will get a cool letter from HO. I still have mine! :)
 
With the one you just signed, you are a Future Director. Once the one that has gone from inactive to active you only need two more for Directorship!

thanks guys!! That's what I thought, but where I hadn't heard anything from HO, I wondered if the 2 new ones had to start submitting shows before I am officially FD.Thank goodness May 1 is only 2 days away :) I haven't stopped bouncing since #3 signed today.
 
Hi there,Congratulations on signing your third team member! That's a huge accomplishment and a great step towards achieving Director rank. To answer your question, you are not yet a FD (Future Director), but you are well on your way. In order to officially become a Director, your team members will need to qualify by submitting at least $1250 in sales and having at least two active recruits. You should receive more information from HO once your team members qualify, so keep an eye out for that. In the meantime, keep up the great work and continue to support and motivate your team members to help them reach their goals.
