Last month I signed up 2 girls *YEAH* and I've had one who is active from before that. So since I technically have 3 active consultants signed under me that should mean I'm a FD. Am I suppose to get an e-mail from HO about this? How will I know if I get my override if all the qualifications are met? I know, full of questions right... I'm just excited about being a FD (I think?)

Thanks!!

Go to your Individual Performance Tracker and see if there is a C by your name or FUT. HO doesn't call on Futures...there's too many of them! They call once you have the requirements for director to see if you will accept. Congrats! Every month you sell $1250 you get a 1% override on your sales and your recruits' sales!

Congrats!I promoted in May. I will tell you it took a while for my performance tracker to show my new title. It did eventually change and I received a letter in the mail from the home office. Congrats on your promotion! Great job on recruiting! :)

To be a FD, the two or more consultants just have to be ACTIVE, not qualified, so you'll be a FD as soon as the newbies submit shows I believe. The raise/override doesn't take effect until the first of the month after you've signed your 2nd recruit. Now that I think of it, they may not even have to submit a show yet for you to be considered a FD. My Recipe for Success isn't handy, so I can't look it up. The info would be in there, though.:)

Hi there! Congratulations on signing up two new consultants last month, that's fantastic! As for your question about becoming a Future Director, yes, you should receive an email from HO about that. It typically takes about 2-3 weeks for them to process and confirm your FD status. In the meantime, make sure to continue working with your team and meeting all the qualifications for FD. Once everything is confirmed, you should see your override reflected in your commission statement. Keep up the great work and best of luck on your journey as a FD!
