Last night at our Fall Kick Off I learned to use the
term "retired" instead of discontuned. Discontinued may give the customer the impression that there was something wrong with the item, where if you say retired it let's them know that we are just making room for the new products!
I am looking for something for the outside of my home that has the PC logo on it. A director here has a flag that she has outside of her house. I can't find anything. I checked Town and country and saw the yard sign but it is not recomended for extended use outside. TIA!!

I didn't make it to conference this year, I am new, still in SS so I just didn't have the time to plan, but it is in my plans for next year. I am so excited about what the new items and specials are. Can't wait till the 19th! Woo Hoo :D
