A friend is roasting two ducks for Christmas. He's going to serve Our Raspberry-Habanero sauce as a sweet option for guests, but he needs a good (proven) savory option. "No mustard," he begged.
Any suggestions? Specific recipes? Something that will compliment and not overpower the duck...
I'm making a "Black Forest Trifle" for a potluck tomorrow. I'm using layers of devil's food cake, unsweetened (stabilized) whipped cream, and cherry pie filling.

Is there a decent demo video out there for the product? Its all very well to tell someone to "fill the tube" but when they've got a gloppy bowl of whipped topping or frosting, maybe something that shows how easy it is to use?

Nothing is meant to turn anybody off from doing CYW shows. However, this can definitely become a warranty issue since the use of the two items together go against the currently printed and stated product Care and Use instructions.
You just know that there will be hundreds/thousands of people...
