I just tested this on my system. If in PWS you set the show up to have a theme then when the hosts sends out invites it will be the theme invite for that show. She can always test this by sending an evite to her husband and having him forward it to her.

Yep, you put a booking date in just like with anyone else. Then when they hold the "rebooked" show you add them as a host and a guest & on the guest and both can order the host special that month.

I always, always rebook the host and let the know I've done so and the great benefit they get if they hold another show/order enough to qualify for a show in the next 6 months.

I do a drawing for a free show where I bring the food and paper/plasticware. This way there is no exciting prise for those that are not interested in PC but there is an incentive for someone to book.

Tell them that you've decided to streamline your show so that they'll be away from home less and/or have more time to socialize. Talk to them about how your new method benefits them. :D
