I didn't get anything damage so far but I do have problemes with UPS and specialy when they hire a sub contractor to do their job, latly they didn't even check the delivery address on the boxes and my customer order got delivered to a consultant living 45 min away it took over 1 1/2 week before...

When I receive my kit I tried the mesure all-cup and I had the same problem I thought like you said that it was upside down and everything I trid to use it a few time and it finally got to work the proper way.

make yourself the host, they will have to put your name has host but you could always have your "own"show at all time

Just wondering what the benifice would be for you, since the people just got there product I don't think they will want to buy more right away. And as for your host, the show is already close so she wont get anything if someone comes up and want to book a show.

What I do for "tally time" is ; I ask them to bring the survey slip at the same time that there order and at the beggining of my show I tell them that we will have a one-on-one time so that I can answer any question or concern they may have. People don't like to let other know what there finance...

I never give my host the tracking number since I personaly had problem with them when I was a custumer/host. I do the tracking when it take too long to be delivered. I usualy keep looking for the delivery signature so I can do CCC and see if everything is in the box with my host.

You can keep the fall/winter catalogue to leave in place like doctor office and to people you meet on the street, but don't forget to put all your info on it.
