Add the guest, like they're going to buy something. Go into Special Shipping, Bookings and More and add the address. Then click onto Bookings, check the box that says Show Booking, then enter a show date and first and last name. It doesn't matter if the date changes later, they just want...

I only do one recipe. I really like the booking idea and paying for the ingredients. Then I can return her money back to her in front of everyone. I could see how that would build excitement.:)
