I have a new team member who is deaf. He is not very good at lip reading yet and needs an interpeter if he would go to a meeting. Also, any idea if the Getting Started dvd is captioned? I'm sure his roomies could interpret for him, but I know he'd rather not be dependent upon them to do so...

Any recipes for the Deep Covered Baker cut in half will work! Do a recipe search for it either here or on CC. I have done the Rocky Road chocolate dessert, and it worked fine. I mostly use the micro, so I know there are a ton of recipes. Good luck! Sandi

This year I got $12 in online orders in December, $80 in November, both from people I know. Not a single lead order even though I qualify. I used to bust my butt to make sure I qualified for leads, but now there isn't really any benefit from doing that. I don't know who is getting the leads...
