I also made the potato soup. It was very good. Next time I will peel the potatoes as well. Wisking the cream cheese, yeah it was nearly impossible. It got all stuck in the whisk. I also cooked the bacon on my small bar pan. I will not cook bacon any other way.

I have had my press for over a year and I just got my square grill pan this week. I cooked chicken breasts in it and placed the grill press on top. They cooked great and even had "grill marks" on the chicken. I can't wait to make paninis. What kind of bread do you buy?

Yes, this is very good. I have made it at home twice and once at a show.

My sister and I have a bunco group. In my month it was kitchen theme. I had everyone dress up in aprons and the prizes were Pampered Chef, go figure. Everyone loved it and the ones who won pampered chef products were thrilled.

I had it done about 5 years ago and love it. My vision was 20/15 the next day and went to work as well. It has been wonderful to be able to go swimming or to a waterpark and be able to see. Go for it.

I think my Bamboo Block shipped today. It says it will be here on Friday. Yea!!!!!!!!!

I had this happen to mine as well.

I made this at my show on Friday and used a can of chili's instead of the pepper. Everyone loved it and it makes a big dish. I used the DCB and turned out great. I will definately be cooking this alot at home for my family. It is easy and quick, and doesn't heat up my house.
