    Yummy Red Potato Recipe for Chicken Dinner

    I use the microcooker--quarter the potatoes and put them in the microcooker with sour cream, butter, garlic, and whatever seasoning that you like. Microwave until they are soft and yummy--Almost like "smashed" potatoes. (keep the skins on them) They are very good
