If the customer placed an individual order on your website then it is complete and you can't add to it. I would send a Season's Best directly personally if I wanted to send them a gift.

I actually prefer to enter at home. I haven't fully made the switch yet but will most likely still do that even after I have. I find that I don't focus on the customer if I am focused on the screen.
