This is an order form I made up for a recent Pampered Bride show that I did. The customer's really liked it, and it was much easier for me to print out a seperate list for the host of what was for the bride.

I use the crinkle cutter to cut lettuce and it has never turned brown. I just toss it into a plastic re-sealable bag (not the bag it came from the store in). In fact, I remember when I first bought a crinkle cutter, that PC used the fact that the lettuce wouldn't turn brown as a selling point...

I also tell the host that after the Pampered Bride show, the bride and groom can "shop" for more free stuff, if the host chooses to give her benefits to the bride. (I usually suggest they split the half-price items and that the bride offer one free item to the host.) Not to mention...no matter...

You could play the "got it, love it" or "want it, need it" game. Once you go around the group doing intros and find out how many know about PC, have been to a show, have items, etc., tell them that the first person who yells out "want it, need it" or "got it, love it" when you demonstrate or...
