????I just made 2 batches of the puffs. But I didn't fill them. I was wondering what all of you do or would do so that they would stay until saturday. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
The Mango Salsa Sundaes has a similar recipe for the salsa. I'm not sure though if that is what you are looking for. This recipe can be found in the current Season's Best.
The puffs can be made in advance. I just wouldn't fill them until your ready to serve them otherwise they might get soggy. The decorator you have should work just as well.
I know the Touchdown Taco Dip can be doubled to the Oval Baker. But I'm not sure about the Executive Skillet. I agree with the above posts - try the Touchdown Taco Dip, Apple Berry Salsa, Fresh Salsa & Guacamole Duo, etc. I have a recipe for a chili dip that is really easy if your interested...

Do you know when they originally started producing the Season's Best books?? Do you know of any other cookbooks that were produced besides the current ones?? I'm also trying to find the older ones to complete my set.
