I have friends who own a local pumpkin patch. The family is known for their HUGE involvement with Susan G Komen, as the mother is a breast cancer survivor. (We are talking corn mazes in the shape of the iconic pink ribbon). ANYWHO... they said I could set up a booth the weekend before Halloween...

I did this back in May during the last Help Whip Cancer promotion... it was a Mother/Daughter co-hosted party and they were walking in one of the Susan G Komen walks. Since we were only doing the big donation for ACS shows, they opted to tell their guests that they, as the hosts, would donate...

Chicago has a pretty sweet public transportation system (which no one seems to be mentioning) and you might want to look into it. We call it a metro here, but I think they refer to it as a train or something. Anywho... chances are you can hop on that from the airport and get to your hotel...

I'm in Maryland and thought about driving... though I can't pull it off alone! Plane tickets are looking to be about $500 round trip, so if anyone is in the area... let me know!

I am toatlly new and my Director is THRILLED that I am able to go to National conference! I am looking forward to all the positive energy, meeting new people, and elarning new things! My Director has eben around for a long time, so we have team members all over the world... I am SO looking...

I'm at the Hilton Towers... and I can't wait!!! Christen, I feel your pain! I am buying different things in chunks... I bought my conference tickets first, so I HAVE to get there :-) My Director was generous enough to book the hotel rooms and we are all just paying her back... the real expense...

Is there a catalog or something that will let me actaully SEE what these items are on the Supply Order Form? I want to see what I am ordering before spending the money! I have questions about a lot of items, but I am really interested in the Mini-Catalogs
