My host that wanted an "italian themed" show went with the "Caprese Pizza" from 29 minutes to dinner volume 1 and the "Italian Antipasto Medley" in the Easy & Impressive Appetizers. They were both GREAT & easy to make....

I like the levels, because hosts try to strive for a higher average in their show sales; it makes them work harder.Really, like any new things, it just takes getting used to how things are being done...once you're in full swing with the "new" way, you'll like it just the same.

Honestly, I quit printing the host/guest specials for my packets. I e-mail the host that information & as the booking date gets closer, I mail their stickers for postcards & a letter explaining the host/guest special & upcoming specials as well. I haven't had a problem at all doing this...most...

The pastry is folded in thirds...you just have to unfold (after leaving it out for about 15 minutes to semi-thaw) it for the amaretto recipe & then cut it in 12 pieces with the pizza cutter.
