The test kitchens have said that dry spots can only occur when cooking on the stove top.

It's stainless steel and things will stick unless it is brushed with oil first, it is just like cooking with stainless cookware

I emailed the test kitchens and while some of the products do no contain gluten they cannot guarantee that the products have not come in contact with gluten as they are not packaged in a gluten free facility. If someone has a allergy they should not have any of our pantry products

I have never uploaded a file so I hope this works. I use this tracking sheet to keep track and then just file the sheet once it is full. Hope this helps
