Collect the orders on FB.. I needed $88 to qualify for the $1500 so I offered on FB either 10% all orders of $30 or more or free shipping! I got orders that were more than I needed.

I had my lower back fussed, the recovery is long but with help you will be able to do shows about week 3-4! You will need someone to lift and carry but other than that you should be fine. I am now 2 yrs post op and I feel like a new person free of pain. Good luck.
