Dawn Power Dissolver is the answer! Spray it on and let it sit for about 15 minutes and it wipes clean. No scratching or ruining the finish on the bottom of the cookware. (Also works great on the rivets on the inside when they get gunky.)
We made the one pot pasta last night at our cluster meeting and the new choclate cake. The cake was a bit dry but tasty. Can I say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pasta. I am making it for dinner tomorrow night. They have done a great job with the recipes this season.
I was surprised at the quality of the sheet pans, they are awesome. I like the pinch bowls, but not sure why I need them, but I really like them. I was disappointed with the party stakes, and I think we have quality issues with the colanders (can anyone say dollar store?) I'm really happy...

I tried this one tonight and held myself to a 45 minute time limit like I should at a show and it was tough. I did get it done in 44 minutes, and it looked....okay, but not gorgeous like the picture......but then I tried to cut it....it was a disaster....I even used the forged bread knife with...
I'll have to say I still HATE the Ultimate Mandoline.....I cannot get it to work....and tomatos never fit into the hole. I just hate that they took an excellent piece (USG) and made it less functional and work worse.
