gosh dottie I just saw your reply...I'm not very good at keeping up. I grew up in Woodinville, WA and had the awesome priviledge of going to camp casey when I was in the 5th grade. I'm glad it worked out...I can't imagine the kids not getting to do that, I still remember going! It was a blast!
Definitely get the catalog tote and carry it with you everywhere, I just met someone at a flea market this weekend because of that bag. Also, something else you could try, find out what fundraising events are going on in your area and contact the coordinator to find out if you can help them...
Dottie...I can't believe they are thinking of taking away Camp Casey!!! That's outrageous!! I attended Camp Casey in the fifth grade 18 years ago and remember the experience to this day, we had a blast!! I wish you the best of luck in helping to get the kids to Camp!!!
I live right outside Savannah and would definitely recommend it! They have Hearse tours that ride around the city and give a little history lesson (and ofcourse they stop at the bars along the way). We did this once and it was HILARIOUS! They have carriage rides for something a bit more...
