Does anyone have a flyer or information on which of our products do or don't contain gluten? I'm looking for a quick answer for a host whose husband just found out he has an issue with gluten.

I'm sorry, I hope this isn't taken the wrong way...but it almost sounds like from your post that you've decided you don't like it without giving it a try. Meatloaf in it is "too weird" and you don't want to bake cakes in it and beer can chicken and other things aren't doing it for you. I guess...
I would like to see mini trifle bowls (single serving size) with the lids included. I can see all the dessert and decorating opportunities. They could sell them in sets of two or four. I also want a vented cookware lid that will let steam escape, while keeping the food from splattering (or...
I want a vented lid for the cookware...sometimes I don't want steam inside the lid, but need the lid on to keep what I'm cooking inside the pot (as in, I do popcorn all the time in the stockpot, but steam collects in the lid and makes the popcorn soggy). I have a lid left over from my VERY old...

For shows, I bought a $29 rolling craft crate from Costco. It has pockets on the side (file pockets) for all paperwork, a pocket on the front for recipe cards, pens, cookbooks, etc., and the rest of my stuff fits inside (including the laptop). The only other thing I carry is the TTA tote.
I'm doing a Grilling "Elite Cooking Class" at my home in June. I limit attendance in the "Elite Cooking Class" to eight and I always cook three dishes, one being a dessert. This one is a BBQ theme and I'll be demonstrating the grill basket, skewers, and the collapsible bowls, etc. Perfect for...
NooraK, I think each guest is supposed to get to use the mix n' chop and bowl separately (to see how great they are). So, you probably want to have a few bowls for them to do the mixing in, so they can then dump their stuff back into their small bowls for eating. At least, that was what I got...
