I have a customer who placed a order but did not complete the check out. How do I send her a request for payment, like a link to bring her back to her order? I told her to sign in and it should be there. She says it's say she doesn't exist.

I would think a cookie could/should be put in place for 90 days or at least 30 days, that way your friend would have been where she needed to be. I mean if you get a customer to come to your website/order page you should get the credit. I am new and what i see here isn't a good motivator. Also...
