Very good point! Have a good way to respond to objections about the $5.25 s/h? I understand why guests want to combine orders but I I don't like doing it. Will make future return or warranty issues a pain. But, so many guests are really bothered by our S/H costs. Anyone have a good response...
I type in all of my info - looks great - and then I click to "save as." Then, when I look at the saved file, the information is gone and the space is blank. Am I supposed to "save" it another way?

I just added them. You should be able to find a February OOF, March OOF and April OOF.Be sure to add your personal contact information in the appropriate places.---------------------------------------

An OOF is an Outside Order Form, not the Host Special flyers. If you go look at the File section here on Chef Success and type in "OOF" in the search, you will find the type of form I am looking for. Thanks.
