One of my hostesses received her products the other day, and instead of the food chopper, she got the grater. I checked back through my order and I did enter in the correct info. What do I do to get this fixed? Do we need to send that back at my expense?

Double check your kit...you should have gotten some F/W catalogs and S/S catalogs. If not, I'd call the home office. You can still use the F/W catalogs by placing them at dr's offices, car dealerships, etc. Just make sure you have all your info on the back of them so you can drum up some...

I believe it was December, maybe November, that if we held and submitted 2 shows by the 15th, we would get one of the new products for free...when do they notify you what you get? I've seen a few posts where people have said "I earned that free..." and wondered if I am missing something. Tracy

Well, last night was my first "real" show. I've been doing PC since Aug, with mostly catalog parties and fundraisers. Had one show in Oct with 2 in attendance including the hostess! So my show tonight had about 10 people. I was beyond nervous. Couldn't remember anything I was supposed to...
