I like the idea that a future bride can go to my website and set up an online registry without me. I wish that anyone could set up a regular online show the same way. I've sent this in to the PC office as a suggestion but didn't get any response.

You never know what people will bid on something if it's for a good cause. I donated a small Mardi Gras stuffed animal to a fundraiser auction on ebay. It was probably worth $1 at the most. Someone bid over $80 for it and sent me a thank you email after getting it.

If someone else besides your Director is your recruiter, you might want to get with them for a little help. Sometimes when a cluster is as large as ours 100+, it's easy to feel like a step child if you miss a meeting. Makes me wonder how I will treat all of my team one day if it gets to be large.
