So my question is how do you store your kitchen tools? I am fairly new so I don't have doubles of anything. I have been keeping some stuff in the kitchen and some in my office on a shelf but then I am always running back and forth to get stuff at home to cook with then stuff from the kitchen...

I have had problems at home with my mandolin when I grade cheese. When I get to the bottom of the cube it does not shred and gets all lumpy and goes everywhere. Am I doing it wrong? I have a show tomorrow and need help. :eek:

With the lemon peel you can also put it on the stove or a crockpot with water to make the house smell good. Sometime I do this with rosemarry or oranges with cloves or cinnamon.
