I made three recipes from the SB. Two I didn't like. I made the Greek spinach artichoke cups (didn't like), the cheesy bruschetta dip (didn't like), and the orange cakes (liked).
I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, as I haven't gotten my samples yet... no cookbook :(
I was wondering if you had thought about using turkey kielbasa/polish sausage? I always use the turkey kind now.
I use the petite forged cutlery paring knife for peeling all the time! It doesn't feel bulky to me... just my opinion though!
My husband says the 5" santoku is the best knife we have!
Avon has (or had) a food chopper too. I saw it in their outlet book last week and it was marked "sold out". I don't know if that means it's no longer in the regular book though.
Here is the last version, updated by someone here on ChefSuccess for Fall of 2009. I was hoping whoever did it for 2009 had already updated it for 2010.
