The old way is still on there. On the main CC page, under shipment status is product adjustment. Then you should get the 3 links grouped together for the new self-service product adjustment process. Look lower on that page and there should be the link for product adjustments for shows submitted...
I'm waiting, probably until they make us. I'm willing to suck it up and realize that it will take me additional time and frustration learning a new system. But when I hear of hosts and customers having problems, that is not something I'm willing to risk.
You get credit when they reach their $1250 in career sales. If they sign this month and qualify in 2014, you get the points (3000!!!) for the 2014 earning period. Perhaps you're thinking of people trying to get recruits qualified by the end of this month so they get points for the 2013 earning...
