It's been fun and I've enjoyed the PC experience, but it is time to come to an end. Well, maybe not a total end, but atleast to the frantic pace that I felt pressured to keep. I'll finish my shows and if I get bookings then it will continue, but I will not be actively pursuing recruits and...
just to be clear, it is not just because someone recruits someone gives them the title SC - they MUST be active EACH month in order to maintain that title......so, yes even if you do the recruiting - EVERYONE in the line must be also actively working.
so, I did nothing AGAIN all weekend. I didn't even check my email! BUT I did wake up this morning to some online orders for a fundraiser that I didn't think was going to or was doing anything.....small glimmer of hope!
CRAP!! I reserved my room - with NO roommates. I was waiting on my Team members to see who was going......so what if you recruit like crazy and the newbies want to go...they can't get in? I didn't want to put someone down if they weren't going and then have to go thru the process of changing...
I know Beth. It's really a balancing act. In a good way, it does force us all to focus on having a good balanced & consistent business. Unfortunately, for me & others without good stable Teams that are deep & wide it is going to be very stressful.

well, I guess technically that's not true....since you keep your "title" for 3 months....but in reality, I could care less about the title, I want the pay!:p And losing the production bonus for being paid as a TL vs. D can really hurt alot!
