They are convenient! I wish I would remember to use them more often. Love them for salsa, dicing chicken, any dicing really. I have a party on Saturday and we will definitley be using them to dice something. (We're making pizza - I can definitely use them for one of the ingredients)

I love them for dicing chicken, just used them last night! And for making salsa.

Has anyone tried them for cutting butter into flour for pie crusts or into streusel topping ingredients?

I have two pairs so I'm sure to have one available and clean for all my shows. I use them every single day. My m-i-l has forgotten how to glue her teeth in so she cannot chew well. However, she has not forgotten how to complain! If I serve her anything other than what I serve the rest of the family she gets angry (she has alheimers) so I chop up her dinner meat with my choppers. At shows I use them to chop the chicken, no matter what recipe I'm making. I love that I can chop meat in the dcb w/o having to transfer it to a cutting board.
