There are several recipes on the Canadian Consultant's Corner site (not sure if they are on the American site). Stone Fruit Salad:Ingredients:- 1 peach, diced- 1 plum, diced- 1 nectarine, diced- 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved- 1/4 cup honey- 1/4 cup lemon juice- 1 tsp vanilla extract- 1/4 cup chopped almonds- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese- Fresh mint leaves for garnishInstructions:1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to make the dressing.2. In a large bowl, combine the diced stone fruits and pour the dressing over them. Toss gently to coat the fruits evenly.3. Top the fruit salad with chopped almonds and crumbled feta cheese.4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.5.
