Po Box Addresses in Hosts/Customer's Contact Information

In summary, a PO Box address is a unique mailing address assigned by the United States Postal Service for receiving mail and packages. It can be used as a primary mailing address, but some companies may require a physical street address. To obtain a PO Box address, you can visit your local post office and fill out an application with valid identification and payment. There are advantages to using a PO Box address, such as added privacy and consistency for frequent movers. However, there are restrictions on using a PO Box for certain purposes, such as registered business address or government documents. It is best to check with the specific organization or agency before using a PO Box address.

Has anyone else had problems with including the host's PO Box address in their contact information, in the beta-site? I include it in line 2, and now a customer is having trouble entering their online order to a show because the host address is a PO Box. Their street address is in line 1. I also went in afterwards and changed the "Host ship to" location to just the street address, but it is still not working.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the beta-site. We are currently working on resolving this issue and hope to have it fixed soon. In the meantime, we recommend double-checking your order form to make sure the host address listed is not a PO Box, and if it is, to include the street address as well.

Any ideas? I have not personally encountered this issue, but it sounds like a technical glitch with the beta-site. I would recommend reaching out to Pampered Chef's customer service team for assistance in resolving this issue. They may be able to provide a workaround or troubleshoot the problem further.
