Director What are some effective ways to train on Income Producing Activities?

I've been hearing about "Income Producing Activities" and i've wondered what others have used to train on this. I was able to find on Consultant Corner a 2 page flier in the Step Up The Business Program. Anyone else have any ideas?

At the Director meeting, some of the directors are having their consultants post on their team page IPA and I think this is a great idea.

Here are some ideas I have found to help with training: 1. Create a job board or list of activities that need to be done in order to generate income. This will help consultants stay organized and focused on the tasks that will bring in money. 2. Have your consultants host monthly income producing activities such as webinars, workshops, or trainings. 3. Have your consultants create a plan for each month and track their progress at the end of the month. 4. Have your consultants review their current compensation plans and goals and make sure they are meeting their expectations. 5. Utilize training videos and webinars from other successful consultants to learn from their experiences. 6. Have your consultants join online communities and forums related to their specific industry in order to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and strategies. 7. Have your consultants review past successes and failures in order to determine what strategies should be replicated and which should be avoided. 8. Have your consultants attend seminars and conferences to network and gain new knowledge. 9. Have your consultants survey their clients on what they want and need to increase sales. 10. Have your consultants develop relationships with other consultants that can help them with referrals.

It helps to keep everyone focused on the tasks that will actually bring in income.I've also heard about the importance of Income Producing Activities and have been looking for ways to incorporate it into my own business. I think the idea of having consultants post about their IPA on the team page is a great way to keep everyone accountable and focused on tasks that will bring in income. I've also found some helpful resources on Consultant Corner, but I'm always open to hearing about other ideas and strategies that have worked for others. Have you personally tried implementing IPA into your business? If so, what have been the most effective methods for you? I'm eager to learn and improve my own income producing activities.
