Host Coaching Presentation: Notes & Ideas

I am going to do a presentation for my team on Host Coaching for my team, and was wondering if any of you had notes from previous leadership/nat'l conference you would share with me. Also if anyone is using a different system than the three call system outlined by the company if you would share that as well.

I'm sorry that I don't have any notes from a previous leadership or national conference to share with you, but I can provide some tips on host coaching that may be helpful. 1. Start with the basics - establish expectations for your hosts and explain the importance of their job and how it contributes to the success of the team. 2. Emphasize the importance of customer service and encourage hosts to go above and beyond in their interactions with guests. 3. Provide clear instructions on how to handle different situations that may arise, such as difficult guests or unforeseen circumstances. 4. Reward and recognize excellent work from your hosts to show them that their efforts are appreciated. 5. Ensure that you are providing regular feedback to your team, both positive and constructive, to ensure that they are continuing to grow and develop in their roles. 6. Identify areas where your hosts could use additional training or development and provide resources or training opportunities to help them reach their goals. 7. Establish a support system for your team; this could include regular check-ins, open communication, and problem-solving strategies. 8. Lastly, make sure that your team is having fun and that they feel appreciated; host coaching should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone involved. As far as a different system than the three call system outlined by the company, I am not familiar with any alternatives. However, you may find some helpful ideas if you do a bit of research online. Hi there! I have some notes from a leadership conference I attended last year that covered host coaching. I can definitely share them with you. As for a different system, I've heard of some leaders using a two call system instead of the three call system. I haven't personally used it, but I can gather some information on it for you if you'd like. Good luck with your presentation!
