This year, my Pampered Chef cluster is participating in Relay for Life. There are going to be about 6 consultants on our team, plus family and friends.

We thought a Mega Show would be a great way to raise money.

Other than getting a venue, raffling off baskets of PC and non-PC products, and of course providing cooking demos ... what do you suggest? And what are some fun, creative ways of getting bookings out of it so all of us benefit from the time we invest?
 
1. Create a special Relay for Life themed Pampered Chef product that people can buy and take home to help support the cause. 2. Ask your team members to get creative and make decorations for the event that are specific to the Relay for Life theme. 3. Ask your local businesses to donate items to be raffled off, such as gift cards or products. 4. Have a bake sale/dessert bar at the event, with all proceeds going to the cause. 5. Get creative with your cooking demos! Try to come up with recipes specifically for the event that incorporate the Relay for Life theme. 6. Invite local media outlets to the event and have them promote it on their platforms to get more attendees. 7. Reach out to friends and family who may not be able to attend the event and offer online direct sales, where they can purchase products that would normally be available at the show. 8. Take advantage of social media to promote the event and encourage people to book shows and/or purchase products to support the cause. 9. Offer a special incentive (e.g. free item or discount) for those who book shows on the day of the event.
