My new recruit. What is the difference in commission for her if she puts her first show in her name or someone elses?
    Thank you!

The commission is the same on guest sales. If she is "consultant acting as host", then she doesn't earn a commission on the host order. No matter who the host is, we never earn commission on the free & 1/2 price items--but if they buy things beyond their free amount we earn on those. If it's a consultant as host, then they don't earn commission on the things they buy in their name.

Also, if the consultant is acting as a host, she can not get the booking benefits for any of the guests that book from her show.

If it's her show though she needs to put it in her name, otherwise she's technically stealing from HO. Teach her to be honest about her business from the get go.
