I make a spinach-artichoke dip that I serve often as part of hors d'euvres/appetizers... The small oval baker is perfect for that. It fits the recipe exactly.

I love mine. I use it all the time to make a baked potato in the microwave. It pulls the moisture, that normally would sit between the potato and microwave dish, away from it. Then I just use it as my dish to put my toppings on. I tell my senior citizen customers it's great from them.

To be fair, I love the minibaker and use it when I need a small stone with sides.
