    I have a good healthy meal.

    Chicken wraps:

    Large Tortilla

    Inside:
    Grilled chicken season with salt pepper and lime juice
    cucumber
    avacado
    spinach leaves
    spicy ranch (not to much, just spend it on thin to the tortilla before you fill it)

    Yum!!!!! I'm having it tonight for dinner.

    I just started a "Big Fat Loser" club! It started last week and goes through July 1st. There was a registration fee and we weigh-in every week. If you gain, you owe .50 to others and .50 to the fee pot. Nothing like $$ for motivation, right!

    WooHoo! I'm losing weight! =) About a pound a week, but it's working! Yesterday, I weighed in and lost 2.2 for the las week! Yeah! I'm just watching my food intake, drinking water, some WiiFit but mostly walking on treadmill or w/friends. I am soooo excited! I am currently in 3rd place in the club, only 4 more weigh-in's to go!

    Hooray! I took 2nd place out of 7 people! 13.5 pounds lost! I am so Excited! It is possible ladies, just get moving and keep moving! It does work! Good Luck!

    However, now I've plateaued again. Got to figure out how to get past it.

    Well, I'm persevering! I'm half-way to my goal! I"ve lost 15 pounds! Yahoo!

    Has anyone tried Weight Watchers? I've done it before and lost about 30 lbs. Unfortunately I have put about 15 back on. Trying to get back on track and I figured this group would help to motivate me.

    Hello?!!??!! How's everyone's health? I'm fat right now. Clothes still fit, but nothing's loose. I hate how much I like food!!!!

    Ok, so I got a Wii Fit and have been using it everyday (except today! LOL) I really feel good about it. Just knowing that I am getting some sort of exercise makes me feel great. I went to my party Tuesday night and they were all guests who have been to my parties before and I got so many comments on how much weight it looked like I'd lost!! I think it was just the slimming shirt, but it made me feel awesome!!

    JAE, I am a bad cheater on the weekends, but then I am really good all week long. Sometimes it is an excuse, but I think it is better to cheat a little then drive yourself to the point that you binge! I think you're doing great!

    Just checking in on my progress...I'm on week 3, day 1 of my 6 weeks to 100 pushups...just did set 2...OUCH! It's been a workout. Got to run do set 3...
