Default rice cooker and mini scoop question

Can you also steam vegtables in the Rice Cooker Plus? I thought you could but I want to be sure. Also what units are on the pink Mini Scoop and Measure? I know it goes up to 1/4 cup but does it measure in tablespoons? TIA

Tablespoons from 1/2 to 4, and ML from 7 to 60. Hope that helps you. The flat side shows 1/4 cup and the HWC logo.
