I make pulled pork sandwiches all the time. One pork tenderloin in DCB (I don't do anything except remove the silver strip/fat - what ever that thick strip on the side is). Ten minutes in the microwave on high, lid on. Meanwhile I make the PC BBQ sauce: 1 cup catsup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp cider vinegar, 2 tbsp smokey BBQ rub. Combine and simmer in saucepan.

After the 10 minute cook time leave lid on for additional 10 minutes then shred with Salad Choppers and mix BBQ sauce in. YUMMY AND QUICK!!
