This can be found on Consultant's Corner. You can also ask your recruiter/director these questions. However, simple answer is, two or more consultants makes you a Team Leader, then you work on becoming a Director, etc. |

Posts: 1,065 Best Show: $1,364 Experience: <2 # of Shows: 54 My Mood: | The steps are: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leader, Director, Advanced Director, Senior Director, Executive Director, Senior Executive Director & then National Executive Director. So yes, one qualified & active recruit will move you up to Senior Consultant. They have to qualify first before you will take on the title change and then remain active for you to keep that title. To move up to Team Leader, you must have 2 active lines under you, $750 in personal sales each month AND $2,500 in team sales per month. Last edited by Sheila; 08-10-2009 at 08:55 PM..
