Posts: 1,523 Best Show: 1210 Experience: ?? # of Shows: 97 My Mood:  |  Possible Transfer My husband and I have long longed to get back to Wichita Falls, TX, which is where we first really came to know the Lord as adults. We have always felt like it was home, and though we had planned to return in just a couple of years after we left in 2003, God has not even come close to opening any doors to returning. However, a position at the AF base there just opened that would be a perfect way for DH to finish his career (as he finishes his Masters in Christian Counseling). He is putting in for the position tomorrow. We are just praying that God's will is done. We NEVER want to push his will. So, if in His plan, hopefully the application will glide through. If it's not, that's okay. We are just desiring a clear answer. Thank you. |
