When I select a show and double click it to see all the details on the right, it takes FOREVER to show up. And alot of times it does the (not responding) in the title bar for a little while and then will go ahead and bring up the details. It's so brutal when I'm trying to work with a client over the phone and it takes 30 second to bring anything up. I mean, it sounds like so little but 30 seconds of silence while I apologize for a slow computer just doesn't seem professional to me. Is it just the way the program works? Or could it be something with my program and/or computeR? |

And God forbid if I am at a show and entering an order--try to add a number and it takes a second for the number to load after I enter it. Asked Tech Support and of course it's my computer--even though I told him it happens on both my laptop and my desktop. |

I get so annoyed entering in item #'s and it lags and takes forever to add another item. It's for sure not our computers if we are all experiencing the same issues with the program. Hopefully an update will be installed that will fix the problem. |

I had both built with 2 gig processors and TONS of RAM, so it's not my computers....I'll have Joe from Tech Support at my disposal for about 1 1/2 hours during Conference...I'll make sure to pick his brain!! |
