Default Editing the Thank You letter in P3?

Anyone know how I can do this?
I want to edit the Thank You letter and save my edited template...help?

Go to Preferences > Reports > Thank You Letter. There's a link to edit each of the thank you letters (cooking/wedding show, catalog show, FR, individual order).

where is the preference tab in ppp???
i can find the letter and have cutted and pasted it into microsoft word but would be interested in saving it as a template!
