Posts: 1,308 Best Show: 650 Experience: 1+ # of Shows: 35 My Mood: | Hmm, I'm surprised nobody has answered this yet. It's actually easy: Make sure all your contacts are added and updated in P3 Sync your P3 with your PWS Go to your PWS (through Consultants' Corner) Click Customer Connection Choose "All Contacts" Check the box next to name to choose all your contacts From "Actions" choose "Export Selected contact to file" Choose the amount of information you want exported, then click Export Click Download File Choose your format, then click "Ok" Save the .csv file on your harddrive (where you'll remember it is in future) Go to your e-mail service and import the file Sounds like alot of steps, but really only takes about 5 minutes! |
