I have studied and learned the psychology...but to witness and observe and NOT do anything!?! How does one assume someone else took "care of this"? after 2.5 HOURS!?!

UGHH!!! I am so mad! WTH?!

It's horrible, absolutely horrible. I cannot believe that it took place on a school campus during a dance. There are some serious lack of supervision and security issues for a 2.5 hour ordeal like that to occur, I guess it starts with the fact that 20 people saw and said nothing.
