Morning Update, November 8, 2007

Once again, there is nothing new to report in this case.

It does seem, though, that the world is beginning to pay more attention to missing persons cases. I do not know if this is because of the efforts of people like Grande and Carpe Noctem, or the rise in popularity of the CBS drama Missing, or what might be causing it, but I'm glad people are paying more attention to these cases now.

Our old "buddy" Steve Huff, on his weblog, The Huff Crime Blog (it's been moved to The True Crime Weblog) says that he was part of a new special on CourtTV called My Case . Com. You can read about it here, if you care to.

As you may recall, Huff wrote about Paige last Summer and Fall, making some assumptions about her and her secret life. Although he was a little less coarse and didn't pile on to the it's-Paige's-own-fault theme, the way most other crime bloggers did, he was still blatantly judgemental about Paige and her lifestyle. Most of the bloggers really pissed me off by passing judgement on Paige for her lifestyle choices instead of concentrating on the fact that she was a victim of a we-still-don't-know-exactly-what-it-is-yet crime. Huff wasn't as cruel as some of them.

I've been following that too......it makes me think and pray more for Paige too.
