I have found where I can go in and edit the ones that are already there but I'm having difficulty in creating my new one.

I am trying to make a thank you each customer that tells how much free product their host earned, etc. The merge fields are not changing when I choose a different host! I get the same exact letter no matter what.

I know I could just do it in Word and fill in the unique spots each time but it seemed so much more convenient (before I started this project!) to have P3 do it for me!

I'm trying to submit a show with a levell one host special and past host special, and the numbers for the lg. round platter HT86, and rect. platter HU48 are both showing up at a price of $0.00 (gosh what a bargain!) I went to CC and double checked the flier for the #'s and they appear to be correct. Any ideas?

I know I can run it by using the order history report but I can only do one customer at a time that way. I would like to have a list of customers specified by a date range. I tried importing it into excel but it comes out as gobbly gook...which I can't read.
