The website is showing her sales at $1,700 and her $100 in Pampered Chef Dollars, but she can't find anything on there about the free PWS trial. Anyone who's done it recently remember how? If I enter the show onto the website as a catalog show and have people place the orders through the show on the website, will I be able to give people the discount on my end, or do I need to have them email me the order so that I can include the consultant gift in P3?

I hope this question makes sense! Since I don't have a website, I'm not really clear on how it works when someone places an order that is connected with a show. It's my receipt from the post office. Going by the date, I can't figure out whose show it was from, because the town it was shipped to isn't one that belongs to the hosts I had that month. Is there a way of searching through P3 by town, so I can see who I know from the town that is listed on my receipt? It's throwing me off because it's a parcel instead of just a First Class large envelope. I cannot for the life of me recall this situation. It didn't cost a fortune, so it's no big deal if I can't figure it out. On my website it just asks for the customer's name and info, it doesn't seem to allow for a separate shipping address. How is it supposed to be handled?

She's just going to change it and put the recipient's name in. But then it won't be in her order history on P3 and what if she had a past host # (she doesn't, but what would you do if she did?)

I guess I could put it in P3 for her without trouble, but I was just wondering about this because with holidays coming up, people might want to be placing orders for others. Now I want to view the items that are on the outlet but each time I go onto the site, the hosts name is still there and it wont show the outlet items. I've looked to see if there is a delete button to get out of the show and then I tried refreshing the page but nothing is working. Everytime I go on the site and click on "Shop Online", it shows my hosts name. Help!!

I LOVE that when you are looking at news items it shows the rest of the "features" (news items) listed on the right, so you don't have to keep navigating back and forth- everything is right there for you to see! :D
