My latest recruit just qualified (before she even got her new consultant kit in the mail!!!). The website is showing her sales at $1,700 and her $100 in Pampered Chef Dollars, but she can't find anything on there about the free PWS trial. Anyone who's done it recently remember how? I'm not sure if HO will e-mail her the instructions or if something will pop up on under her Consultant Corner page about it.

What exactly are we supposed to do when we review an order?

I got one last night for an upcoming fundraiser. I emailed the woman and said thank you for the order and let her know when I would be closing the show for items to be shipped. Am I supposed to email/contact the customer?

I would like to set it up so that each item is individually shipped to the customer. There is no building for this organization. I will put it on my letter that is sent out that customers will need to use the direct ship option but I was hoping there is a way to do it directly on the website Anyone have any recommendations. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have my Pampered Ched website yet, but I will soon. I'm planning to do a Black Friday sale, and I'm wondering whether my idea will work in conjunction with the personal website or if I need to have orders emailed to me.

I plan to offer 10% off of the order total, discounted shipping, a free Season's Best with every order and a drawing to win a free product. If I enter the show onto the website as a catalog show and have people place the orders through the show on the website, will I be able to give people the discount on my end, or do I need to have them email me the order so that I can include the consultant gift in P3?

I hope this question makes sense! Since I don't have a website, I'm not really clear on how it works when someone places an order that is connected with a show. Can someome help?

I'm going through receipts and I'm embarrassed to admit that I have a receipt from March that I can't figure out what it's regarding. It's my receipt from the post office. Going by the date, I can't figure out whose show it was from, because the town it was shipped to isn't one that belongs to the hosts I had that month. Is there a way of searching through P3 by town, so I can see who I know from the town that is listed on my receipt? It's throwing me off because it's a parcel instead of just a First Class large envelope. I cannot for the life of me recall this situation. It didn't cost a fortune, so it's no big deal if I can't figure it out. It's just driving me crazy that I shipped something and I can't remember what it was. :D

My friend is the sister of a host. She wants to order things to be a gift for a relative out of state and plans to have it direct shipped there. On my website it just asks for the customer's name and info, it doesn't seem to allow for a separate shipping address. How is it supposed to be handled?

She's just going to change it and put the recipient's name in. But then it won't be in her order history on P3 and what if she had a past host # (she doesn't, but what would you do if she did?)

I guess I could put it in P3 for her without trouble, but I was just wondering about this because with holidays coming up, people might want to be placing orders for others. I want to be sure it's an understandable process for my guests.

I submitted her show, looked up her PHD# right away and emailed it to her. Well, she did not place the outlet order right away and now the knives are GONE! Now she wants me to call PC and see if they'll let her order the host special ones (she earned 3 host specials and only used 2 of them).

I hate that she is doing this to me and is expecting me to make it right when SHE should have ordered those knives right away! Arrggggggghhhhhhh! Sisters!

LOVE the "How to carve a turkey" video, and so excited about the recipes they posted for us!!
Just a little bummed that my email address is no longer showing under the "contact me" box (not the end of the world), but I can't wait until we get a more festive look for the holidays- I LOVED the snow last year ;)
